- Advanced Level is for players that have experience in the HS JV level and want to continue training through the off-season.
- Novice Level is for players that are middle school or just getting into the game to be prepared for the next level.
(Both levels will focus on speed and agility training, fundamentals of the game, position clinics, and other focused practices that will help players become more confident in volleyball. )
