We are pleased to extend to you an offer to join our winter-spring club season. Acceptance of this offer is considered to be a binding commitment to the club upon submission by a parent or guardian of this form. A non-refundable deposit of $700.00 is due at the time of acceptance.
Travel Teams Tournament Plans: 4-5 Travel Tournaments and 3-4 Single Day Tournaments.
Practice Schedule: Practice 2-3 times each week.
Cost for Travel Teams: $4,200 total including all uniforms and tournaments.
Payment Breakdown: $700 deposit at acceptance and 5 monthly payments (Dec-April): $700 each month.
– All Club fees are due by the first week of each month as scheduled. $50 late fee will be enforced for late payments.
